Jiangsu Huacheng Industrial Pipe Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, a civilized, healthy and emerging port industrial city in China. The company was founded in October 1997, and Zhangjiagang Huacheng Iron and Steel Products Co., Ltd. was established by Mr. Yan Jiabin, founder of Huacheng, through the acquisition of Zhangjiagang No.2 Seamless Steel Pipe Factory, which was founded in 1987. In October 2003, the company was upgraded and renamed as Jiangsu Huacheng Industry Group Co., Ltd; In September of the same year, Yangzhong Haina Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established. In April 2004, Zhangjiagang Salon Precision Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. was established; In August of the same year, Zhangjiagang Huacheng Import and Export Co., Ltd. was established. Zhangjiagang Huacheng Shunshi Precision Pipe Co., Ltd. was established in October 2005, and Zhangjiagang Huacheng Special Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. was established in March 2006. In 2008, the high alloy project was officially launched, the R&D center was established, and the joint-stock system was transformed. At the end of 2008, it was renamed Jiangsu Huacheng Industrial Pipe Co., Ltd.
