Speech by Zhang Zeqing of Locomotive Branch at the 2015 Kick off Conference

The year of 2015 is a year of reform and innovation of the joint-stock company. The joint-stock company has established new policies and objectives: One Body, Two Wings and Second Entrepreneurship. Facing the new goals set under the new situation, the locomotive company will focus on two things in 2015:

First, go all out and strive to achieve the goal of 10000 tons of oil cylinder tubes issued by the joint-stock company. At the same time, standardize system management, change the style of thinking, improve per capita efficiency, pay close attention to assessment, reduce costs and increase efficiency, win the market with quality, and create a brand with the market.

Second, the general idea of welded pipe for locomotive is to focus on product transformation and upgrading on the basis of ensuring the annual output of 6000 tons, make full use of the platform resources of the joint-stock company, adjust the product structure, and adjust to the automotive pipe, welded pipe, small and medium caliber wall thickness pipe, fluid pipe and other markets.

On the basis of various indicators and data in 2014, we will break down and implement the 2015 goals one by one, do a good job every month and every quarter. In the face of new goals, I will lead the team with full enthusiasm and a new look to seize the opportunity to fulfill the mission, work together to create new achievements, and contribute to the reform and transformation of the Group.
